These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Primetura web application and related services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have full authority to bind that organisation (the “Customer”).
The Service is a software platform for operational support only, including scheduling, documentation, communication, and alerts. The Service does not provide medical, clinical, or safeguarding advice and does not replace professional judgement. The Customer remains solely responsible for care delivery, safeguarding decisions, staff deployment, and regulatory compliance.
The Customer must ensure all users have unique logins, assign appropriate role-based permissions, maintain accurate user records, and immediately revoke access for leavers. The Customer is fully responsible for all activity under its accounts.
Users must not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer or copy the Service, or upload malicious code or harmful content.

For care records and operational data, the subscribing organisation is usually the data controller and Primetura acts as a processor. We do not sell personal data, use the Android Advertising ID for advertising, or use Primetura data to deliver third-party ads.
Primetura uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. These are not used for tracking or advertising. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
